I was at a swanky mountain lodge place today so this morning I did this:
3 RFT: 15 dumbbell squat clean and jerks (30's) 20 GHD situps (on fitball, 15 lb dumbbell held overhead, down to floor... very similar effect) 25 dumbbell deadlifts (2 50 pounders, biggest they had) 30 hand release pushups
TT was about 25 minutes. It was a gasser. DB SC&J's wind me big time. Rest day tomorrow, back on schedule starting Tuesday. Hope you guys are doing good.

Did this as 135# deadlift and ring dips. Kind of a Diane/Elizabeth mashup. I did try some cleans with 95#s.

I did this with Front Squats because I can't pull, which sucks, because I love cleans.

Then rested 5 minutes and did Diane. 8:49. Does that suck or what? HSPU's were extra tough... ring dips wore out my pushers I guess.
This kicked my ass good. 9:40 as rx'd.
