3 RFT 15 Reps of Hang Power Cleans and Burpees

  1. It is hard to deny the effects of good nutrition and a well developed hook grip. 6:32 as rx'd, PR by over 2:20 from 10/15/10. Just killed it.

    Also, figured out a great burpee cue. Look down on the way down and then look up and forward to jump your feet up. I fucking crushed the burpees today and this is one day after the chipper and two days after Elizabeth rx'd with squat cleans, so I feel good!

  2. Justin that is one kick ass time you posted. I was nowhere near you.

    First WOD in over a week. Went on vacation to the beach. My body enjoyed it, more importantly my mind got a long over due break.
