No total for me... but do have to report that yesterday for the first time I road my bike to work. Each way is 17 miles, the way there includes about 900 feet of elevation gain. Took me 1:05 to get there, and about 59 minutes to return. From garage to desk (had to shower and change at the office) was 90 minutes. I spent no money on gas!
Going to do that again tomorrow.... legs were pretty beat down doing those 30" box jumps today because two days ago I did Elizabeth + Diane, then yesterday over two hours on the bike. Going golfing with my boss at 1:30 today, so it's a half day at work. Yahoo!
Actually did this yesterday. I thought I might try it again today, but will not have time. BS 135 SP 125 DL 235 Total 495 I believe that is a PR for my DL. I tried several times for 135 on the press, wasn't going to happen. My squats sucked. I could have done more weight except my right knee kept coming medial. I decided to do just sets of 135.
