    245x21 and then 9 15 second break

    400#lift was tough cause trying to hold the hold the old 75er and the weighted vest on the bar at the same time doesnt work very good.

  2. I forgot, I did all those deads with the sumo stance. I have a bad feeling I might not be walking well tomorrow or the next day.

    My grip was the weakest link on those 20x and 30x sets. On the 30, I started reverse (right hand under) for 20, then switched back to normal for the last 10. Only stopped long enough to regrip.

    Well I couldn't hit all the reps at the weight I had, but I've been in a huge slump lateyl. I think I'm reaching my breaking point with school.
