    This was fucked for a fat kid. I took my 13" tall parrallette to the track and jumped over it sideways for each of the 150 burpees. Needless to say I did not enjoy this piece of shit wod, but I did the fucker. TT= 38:19

  2. Justin the perserverant one. I didn't quit on this WOD because you did it with parallette side jumps, I just had to do it. Even though the blog has quieted down, I'm still here for ya buddy.

    For this WOD, I alternated 500M rowing every other round as to not run too much and jack the knee. The rowing got done a little faster but took more out of me so I think it was a fair sub.

    TT 33:58. Pushed hard on the last round of high jump burpees so I could go sub 34. This was the largest pool of sweat I can ever remember leaving on the floor. My yoga mat (where I did the burpees) was soaked!! I didn't even warm up for this one, I knew it was going to be such a grind that I just called the first round my warmup time. IT was kinda cold and rainy this morning which was a nice way to cool down during the three runnning segments. This is about what climbing a really steep mountain for time on my mountain bike feels like.
