205# Clean 4 Rhsp

  1. WODoers: Well, I did this Kristen Cleaver style with regular hsps instead of on the rings and I pretty much so got tripled up on by a girl who weighs about 70 pounds less than me. TT= 9:21
    Have court today in cheyenne so I was at gym with cool olympic plates and a great platform and someone still had to complain and so they asked me to stop dropping the weight in round six, so I gently lowered my 205 pounds to the floor for the last two rounds. But instead of being a dickhead, I just waited til I was done and politely explained to the supervisor about oly lifting, what a great facility they had and how lucky they were, and how it is a safey issue. She thanked me and said she understood, so I guess we will have to see what happens next time.

  2. So I said what the hell, never having tried a WOD with ring HSPUs I decided to give this ass kicker a go... It sucked, big time!

  3. I tried to kind of combine the last 2 WOD's into one, but with BW excercises:

    AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

    42 Squats
    21 DU's
    14 One-legged Squats (7 each leg)
    20m Sprint
    7 HSPU

    TT - 3 rounds

  4. This one was humbling. I scaled down to 165# HPC and did regular HSPUs. Still,

    TT = 10:30

    I felt like a vag after that, so I followed up with 10x2 BP (on the minute) at 165# (80% of 1RM), then a bunch of sets of deadhang, reverse-grip pullups. Gotta look good on the beach next week...
