    Got the meat head stare down when I got to the gym. It went away when I squatted 365#, 385 just did not happen today. Then it went to pure confusion when I started pressing. I got 155# today and the unexplainably failed at 175#. It was looking like a terrible day until I pr'd with a 475# deadlift. Then the meat head stare down turn into a careful study of their shoe laces. Myles, you are right, just lift in front of them and it is over. Total 995#.

  2. 995 damn Justin, even with the meat staring at you. I got to spend all day Saturday at one of Dr Kelly Starrets Movement and Mobility cert at Crossfit Santa cruz. This stuff is awesome and I cannot wait to get my hips and shoulders more flexible. He said they will be having a new link on the main page of Crossfit.com that will be all his recovery and stretching techniques.
