WODoers: No 1.5 pood and body not in mood for subbing 75#, so ran 2 miles in 18 minutes with 20# vest. Thought it wasn't too bad, but stairs already feel not so good.
Back to WOD'ing alone now that my nephew went back home to NH. I did this one as rx'd, TT = 28:15. Those pullups slowed me WAY down, especially after the KB swings.

ReplyDeleteI did this one yesterday, but couldn't find anything to use for kb swings. So, it was just running and pullups.

I'm still not back in good running shape at all. Pretty sad how quickly a guy can get out of shape.
