run swing pull

  1. WODoers: No 1.5 pood and body not in mood for subbing 75#, so ran 2 miles in 18 minutes with 20# vest. Thought it wasn't too bad, but stairs already feel not so good.

  2. Back to WOD'ing alone now that my nephew went back home to NH. I did this one as rx'd, TT = 28:15. Those pullups slowed me WAY down, especially after the KB swings.

  3. I did this one yesterday, but couldn't find anything to use for kb swings. So, it was just running and pullups.

    TT = 26:42

    I'm still not back in good running shape at all. Pretty sad how quickly a guy can get out of shape.
