I was a little out of order and did Roy today. Deadlifts and pullups just sucked ass. Lower back was killing me from the total, but I finally got all 15 in a row on round 5. Ring pull ups were ridiculous. TT= 25:57
You are an OX. This morning I met some work buddies at the Deer Creek trailhead at 6:15 for some mountain biking. One hour climb up, 15-20 minutes back down. Awesome ride. Super fresh air, almost ran into a buck, kicked ass on this technical downhill section that I most often skip (walk down). Next time I do that I'll get an iPhone video and post it, it's hairy. Big jagged rocks and whatnot.
