Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

30 wall ball shots (15 pound ball, 11 foot high target)

WODoers: I knew this wod was gonna hurt, but I had no idea it would have me soaked in sweat from head to toe. My L-sits were pathetic. Alternated one leg in the air one resting on the parrallette and it still hurt like a mother fucker. 4 rounds + handstand hold and squat, not even close to as rx'd on l-sit.
ReplyDeleteAs Kook said, I thought this was going to be tough, but had no idea how tough it truly was until I did it. I was relying on my counting for the L-sits and PU holds, so I may have gotten a bit short but tried to count to 40 to counter fast counting. My L-sits were done on that machine that people use to do feet raises, so that was a bit of cheating as well because it supported my back. Either way, still tough as shit.
