  1. I don't have a rope, so I did 9 thrusters and five tuck PUs per round. I don't know if it's a perfect sub, but that jumping towel PU stuff is BS. Anyway, this one was a definite burner.

    Total = 9 rounds even

    I managed through all the thruster sets unbroken, but paid for it in breaks. I think the PUs were a good sub, especially comparing my # rounds to the mainsite firebreathers.

  2. Man I was gonna do this one with the same sub just for comparing but today I went mtn biking and had the hardest crash I have EVER had. Went over the bars going fast downhill through a rock garden and SLAMMED down on hip hip, wrist, and other parts, but the problem is the hip. Stood up right after and got super dizzy and damn near lost consciousness. This will sideline me for at least a few days, who knows how long. I can walk, it's not broken... just a deep bruise and it hurts on the inside of my hip too, so it's like I just shifted my femur out of socket a little? I don't know... I just know it hurts!

  3. Ran 5k in 28:10, slow but good rest for left arm. Wow Fletcher! Did you forget that you are old like the rest of us?:) That sucks my friend, I hope it get better soon. Maybe check out some of the mobility stuff to see if you can get that hip back in place.

  4. I was too lazy to do this over the weekend, so I'm running a bit behind. I subbed 15 close-grip pull-ups for the rope climbs. I wish I still had a rope to climb. That was fun.
