Nancy

  1. Nice work Justin! Last time I did this one, I made something like 23mins. But that was a while ago, when I didn't have any comfort doing OHS.

    I've been laid up the past few days, sick as a dog. I think it's mostly past me now, but I decided to rest another day. Hopefully I'll make up this cycle a day late.

  2. Justin you must have cruised thru the OHS for that time. I just made up Nancy this morning, to sweat away the rest of this cold. I did it w/500m rows instead of runs (treadmill's beyond repair, but new one's on its way!). I kept all the rows <1:55, but on the OHS I think I went too slow on the first two sets, got it going on the third, broke on the fourth, and just barely powered out the fifth without dropping.

    TT = 17mins flat

    So I'm psyched since, as I said, I was a total giner the first time around w/ this WOD. But I knew after the first round at 3mins flat that I wouldn't even break 15mins.

  3. Chas, I think 17 minutes rowing is an awesome time. You have to figure you have at least 10 to 20 seconds per round of transition time that you don't have when running. Also,I was able to run the first two 400s well under a 1:30 and I got all 15 in a row through round 3, then 13 and 2 in four and five. There is no way I could row 1:30 500m and do anything but fall of the rower and try not to die. I may have to give it a try rowing some time.

  4. I made this one up as the first of a double tonight. Had long transitions between running and OHS with the weights downstairs and the treadmills upstairs.

    TT - 20:23

    Then, I did the deads+run WOD. Later fellas.
