Did 10 dead hangs as a sub again. Beat my old time by 49 seconds. Happy about that. The hip mobility stuff has me flying on the squats. 2:17,2:36,3:27,3:52,3:30=15:42
Fletcher, it's the elbow, but I think it is better or damn close, but I still haven't spent that $30 at the hardware store to build me a "real" pull up bar, so it was dead hangs on the Metolious and situps on carpet or kippers on the rings and situps a stall mat in the barn. The choice was easy when it is 17 degrees outside.
Justin it's wacky.. your round times are faster than the fastest in the world? I can't even do the situps and squats in 2 minutes hardly.

I didn't feel that good today, my PR is 90 seconds or so faster. My son woke up at 4 AM with puke all over himself and his crib so I was out in the driveway at exactly 4:14 spraying puke off of his pillow, sheet, and stuffed Goofy doll. Had my buddy Heath meet me too and he did great! He's new to CrossFit and loving it. The situps just killed me today for some reason, I felt nauseated a lot of the time.
Austin Malleo is 2 full minutes faster than me and he is doing 20 pullups each round. Also, Jacob can go sub two minutes on a round with a full 20 pullups too. I am definitely not as fast and I am only doing 10 pullups.
Fletcher you just got to swing your arms hard as hell on the squats and situps and you can do more than one rep a second. Think of each exercise as both extension and contraction, push yourself up and pull yourself down hard.

Dude these times are CRAZY?!!? Why are you doing 10 dead hangs and not 20 pullups, the shoulder?

The Crime: not being very smart and having to study way too much for my final last night.
