Far from my best showing on this one, maybe it was the extra dead weight but HSPUs were sloooww. Also I went to the wide stance to ensure good ROM (still going to an abmat) and headtapped almost all. DLs were ok, 21/10-5/9.
Can't do this one of course... but did have to tell you guys something. I saw that Mikko Salo posted a WOD he did yesterday. ONE THOUSAND BURPEES FOR TIME! 83 minutes. I cannot even imagine it.

ReplyDeleteDid this WOD a week ago Sunday 11/21/10 - New PR 3:30, all HSPU comlete ROM and unbroken.
