  1. Wodoers: I only have a 70# sandbag and I hate changing weights during the wod so I did 115# sumos, otherwise as rx'd in 39:45

  2. Just a little warning. Don't plan any big activitites for after this one. 3.5 hours out and my calves are in knots, my back is in knots, I do not have full range of motion in my neck, and my low back hurts like shit. Yeaah crossfit.

  3. Justin that right there is a lot of work. I don't know what I am going to do today. I'm not supposed to do Sumos at all and the PP's will also mess with my back. There are a few I've missed since crashing my bike so I might make one of those up, or sub, or somethin'
