Nice work Chas. I did this one out in my garage and it was so freaking hot it sucked the life right out of me. No excuses, you kicked my ass either way.

Lately I have been discovering the boundaries of my abilities I think... pushing very very hard... but not quite to where I puke or pass out, but close.
10 rounds + 4 wall balls at the buzzer.
Wall balls were to 9'4" target in garage, didnt' feel like running in and out of the garage to the bar.
I was focused on keeping a 1 round per 90 seconds pace. First two rounds got done in 2:15 though so I had a head start. That was good because I started slowing down. Had exactly 3 minutes left after round 8 so had to dig deep to get 10.

I was shooting for 8 rounds, I came up short.
