    10# improvement from the last time this came up. I'm getting there. I need to invest in a belt, I see the mainsite guys used them in the video. Nice work Craig and Chas. Justin damn dude running a 5K sucks for me, I can't imagine running a marathon. Hope you're doing ok today.
