  2. By the way, first number is bench press. Heaviest I've gone with my reconstructed shoulder in a long ass time. Craig just reminded me to take it easy! I hear you loud and clear!

  3. I'm an idiot. Yesterday I made up the 10x2 deadlift WOD from last week, and to spice it up I did 10x5 ring dips along with it, since, you know, we haven't done much chest work in a while. Sure enough...

    Sore as hell, and even though I scaled down to 155# I still sucked it up.

    5/12-5/10-4/10-4/10-3/10

    At least all the PUs were deadhangs. I switched off over/underhand by rounds.

  4. Must be the Nitrean protien powder, excess booze, and crappy food.. cos I got PR's two days in a row in my old age. Did this one yesterday. Cleaned out car during rests between sets.

    Bench was @ 185. Total reps 145, previous PR was 125. Pullups were kipping to stay consistent with previous efforts. Alternated palms out and palms in. I can do more palms out. Went til failure big time for pullups... really busted a nut on this one. It hurt! was already really sore from FGB!! Now I'm a mess.
