    Still feeling kind of like ass, probably should have taken another rest day but I haven't done a WOD since Saturday and was itchin' for a beatdown. Being sick slowed me down. Last time was 14:48 with KBS scaled to 54 lbs.

    Today scaled KBS to 54 again (I gave my 2 pooder to the local firehouse) and it took 15:30. I was at the rope climbs at 14:10 but I was really starting to feel like shit right around then so I had to stand around.

    We'll see what comes up tomorrow. If it's heavy stuff I'll do a subbed Meadows. I'll start working on MUs soon too. Just been gone a lot and got sick so I've been inconsistent. No trips for about 3 weeks so I should be solid.

    I think the "no meat" thing is BS. Clinton is setting a great example though. Get your damn heart scanned and don't eat saturated fats and sugar and stuff. I had my calcium score done two years ago. I was clean as a whistle. Only cost $150.
