ReplyDeleteI hopped back and forth across the bar facing it from opposite side every other rep. If that's the standard, I am amazed at the main site freaks going sub 5 because I didn't stop moving.
This was my first WOD in over a week, thanks to the storm. You guys kicked my ass, those burpees sucked, as always.
