Squat Trifecta

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

    BS 235-245-255-265-285(15# PR)

    Not as impressive as Justin but a PR is a PR. I think I may be getting close to 300 on the BS. My wife had to spot for me. She LOVES doing that. :)
