  1. I decided to do a double today. I may try a heavily subbed Meadows tomorrow. If you are looking for a PR I highly recommend the song "The Enemy" by Godsmack. At least it worked for me today!

    WODoers: I think a short warm up cost me a pr and gave me a sore knee.

    Dumped rep number 3 at 210 half way up the squat each time. Neither the body nor the mind were willing today.
