I watched the vid to make sure I did the squats right. Those were brutal. 15-15-14-11-10-11-10-10 for a score of a wimpy 10. Came out of the bottom holds twice, it was PAIN.Then instead of run 1 mile I did:Run 400MRow 1KRun 400MTT 8:45Ouch
