This was a pisser. I did MU progressions on the rings; chesticles are now killing me w/ 3 days work on them. Else rx'd, although treadmill runs were kind of annoying at such high pace/short distances. I probably should have rowed those.
Man I can tell we don't do bench press that often because my tiddies are sore as hell today. I subbed 10 C2B and 10 RD's for the Muscle ups. Everything else RX'd. DL's really wore me down today for some reason. This workout maybe sick to my stomach. Just got you Chas, nice work.

This is amazing. I was MF'ing DETERMINED today, I got all psyched out before the WOD that regardless of the pain I was going to keep flying, and I kept that idea in my mind. Last time I did this was 15:30, this time 10:27. Yep, that's right. 15:30 vs 10:27. PISSED.
Same subs as last time. 10CTBs and 10 RD's each time. For DL's I did 150M row damper on 10. I pretty much never stopped. Fran-like burn. 3 PRs in a week. What's up?

Fletcher, my best row is in the neighborhood of 1:32 or 1:33 I think. It has been a long time since I have tried that shit cause it hurts so bad.
