Climbed to the "M" in Bozeman with my girlfriend for a WOD on Saturday. Climbed 850 feet on a 1/2 mile trail for the way up, then descended over 1 1/2 miles on the way down. Lisa smoked me on the way up. My legs and lungs still aren't where they need to be but I was better this time than I was the first time.
Then, we went and played some tennis. Good to be out in the MT sunshine.
Subbed 15 ring pushups for the HS walks, the rest RX'd.
HS's hurt me. Took the last two days off... did 4 days straight of mountain biking, over 10 hours the previous 4 days. Rested the last 20 minutes, now going to do SQT. I missed two HERO WODs.. which, I have a rule.. .are not to be missed. Nick, and Strange. I'll make those up soon. Later dudes.
