    If Yogi Berra had been a crossfitter he might have said something like, "The key to a good metcon score is to keep moving, don't take breaks, and do a lot of reps."

  3. Hey guys... I had no alcohol last night. Imagine that? Only slept 7 hours and felt great today. Got 20 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups. Gave it my all... was devestated after. Just a few squats shy of a PR I think. Next two WOD's look awesome... the one posted for today looks completely insane. Giddy up fellas!!!
