  1. Guess oly specific training is good for someting. 13:56. Huge pr. Still missed a pile of snatches, but kept moving. Flew through the muscle up, so I guess for me muscle ups affect snatches way more than snatches affect muscle ups.

  2. Justin you are a baaaaad man. I think I have to have my shoulder looked at. It has been months, and I still can't even do ring dips, let alone work on muscle ups with my way up high rings.

    So alas, I scaled and subbed profusely. The Fletcher Version was as follows:

    All SS's were @ 95 lbs
    For each MU I did 2 low ring dips (which for some reason barely hurt the shoulder) and 2 CTBs.

    Gonna try to do the sprint tri very early tomorrow (Father's Day) AM before church, but I have to be done by 8 so I need to start by 6. Gonna swap a 5K row for the run, what joy that will be combining with the swim. Think my lats and back will get a workout? For the bike, I am going to ride my mountain bike and put it in KM mode, ride hard out 10KM and then just turn around. Should be wacky.
