Snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2

  1. I'm not real good at the snatch lift, but the demo video gave me some great pointers. I focused more on form and technique, rather than go super heavy and blow my shoulder out again.

    I did sets of pushups in between rounds to kind of make up from the pushup WOD.
