  1. 24:18 as rx'd. Way off PR, but I started to feel better today. Runs and back ex were slow for me today, situps went really good, relatively speaking.

  2. Went on an outdoor run this morning instead of going to the gym. There's not much of a flat run anywhere here in Butte, America so it was basically uphill for the first half and downhill back.

    TT = about 1/2 hour, 2.5 miles

    Off to Ohio this afternoon with my girlfriend, so probably not a WOD til next week.

  3. Pretty sure this is a PR for me. Back extensions were the toughest for me.

    As Rx'd: 21:39

  4. Wow Chris, that is a great time! Guys I slept under 5 hours last night.. got in very late (1:30 AM) and drove home from the airport in epic, biblical type rain and hail. I had to come to a dead stop TWICE (once on a freeway) because I couldn't see 10 feet. Also had to hide under a cover from the hail. All that and I got a monster PR by almost a full minute. 21:45 with 1K rows for runs. Had Shane over, one of the rugby kids. 18 years old, totally lean dude. He did it in 20:13 RX'd. Amazing.. he did all things unbroken. He really kicked ass. I was all proud of him like a dad or something!! :-).

  5. I'm going to throw props for extra motivation from Fletch. Did this as RX'd.. and even lost some time due to the stupid tread' taking it's time gathering up speed. Probably what cost me a shot at under 20...I was breathing FIRE on the runs though. Last run started at 7.5, increased to 8, then 8.5. Left it all out on the floor and feel great. BLASTED my previous time of 23:40
    TT today 20:28
    Booyaaaahhhh

  6. Wy, I knew you could do a time like this. What's up with that last time? Very nice. You should always kill running + body weight WODs... just like I told you you would! :-)
