  1. Got back on the CFE wagon this evening.

    First WOD:

    3 rounds of:
    200m run
    15 burpees
    12 PU's

    TT = 13:33

    Rest 5 minutes, then

    Run 400m all out, 5 minute rest
    Run 400m @ 75%, 1 minute between runs

    All out = 1:45
    1 = 2:14
    2 = 2:20
    3 = 2:17
    4 = 2:14

    400m all out sucks. But, it was a great night to be doing an outdoor WOD. So, that was good.
