Got back on the CFE wagon this evening.First WOD:3 rounds of:200m run15 burpees12 PU'sTT = 13:33Rest 5 minutes, thenRun 400m all out, 5 minute restRun 400m @ 75%, 1 minute between runsAll out = 1:451 = 2:142 = 2:203 = 2:174 = 2:14400m all out sucks. But, it was a great night to be doing an outdoor WOD. So, that was good.

All out = 1:45
1 = 2:14
2 = 2:20
3 = 2:17
4 = 2:14
400m all out sucks. But, it was a great night to be doing an outdoor WOD. So, that was good.
