Did this as rx'd in 7:36. Spent about 1.5 to 2.0 minutes changing weights. It is weird changing the weights is not work and it is not rest. I would like to see my time with two bars.
Run: 600m, 800m, 1000m, 800m, 600m 1:1 work to rest ratio
TT = 34 minutes and change
Surprised myself running. I started off at an 8 minute/mile pace and only fell off to 8:40 per mile by the end. On the treadmill at the gym I am between a 9 and 10 minute mile. So, either the track isn't exactly a 1/4 mile track or my running isn't as bad as I thought.
Either way, I think I'm going to stick with running and BW WOD's for about the next month or so while the weather is nice and I can work out outside.
First WOD in a long time. Did the 21-15-9 DL and thruster. I did the DL with 135 and the Thrusters with 60 using dumbells. Time of 15:00 without finishing 4 Thrusters. Thought I was going to pass out and throw up. Recovered after about 7 minutes. Went back and finished the last 4 thrusters.
