  1. Did this with rowing 250m sub. Did all power/muscle snatches unbroken. Time was 5:18. Not sure how much faster I could go. No breaks and I was moving pretty good the whole time.

  2. damn you you freak! That is a fast time. I went as fast as I could except for round 2 of GTO, I stopped twice for some reason, but only for a few seconds. TT 5:45. Did C and Js and subbed 250M row. Maybe You kicked my ass because it was 86 degrees in the garage and this was a double WOD. Or maybe I just pussed out.

  4. Just got you Craig by 3 seconds. I did power snatches and the sprints in the back yard. My son timed me.

  5. Ok.. first of 2 WOD's today. I guess I'm learning that if it includes a back/leg movement, I'm just going to suck. I made it through after almost wanting to quit (I had 0 motivation today)and came across the finish line @6:13... blah..now on too....
