Minutes of Pullups

  1. It's been awhile since I've done alot pullups. This one sneaks up on you in a hurry. I've seem to lost my kip, so these turned into dead hangs towards the end.

    I got 14 rounds + 5

    Way off my PR, but oh well. It worked me good.

  2. Did minutes of pullups and ring dips got to 9&9, then went 10 & 4, kept up with the pullups through 12. Then rested 2 minutes and started over with a weighted vest made it to 6pu & 5dips with dips and then to 9 &7 on pullups. Should feel that tomorrow.

  3. Did this one last night. The pull-up bar at they Y had new tape on it....so much better.

    Finished the 11th minute right at the buzzer, then got 6 more in the 12th. I was finally able to start stringing together some pu's though, so that was nice.
