"Nick"

  1. Had to make this into a 20 minute amrap. I was able to do one hsp on my 25# dumbells in round one. After that did three negatives on dumbells, with kip attempt and 6 95# presses. Used 95# bar for HSCs. Six rounds and 10 hsc.

    Basically, I was just smashing my head into the ground harder and harder as I lost shoulder strenght through out the wod. It is crazy how difficult 2 inches of extra rom can make something like HSPs.

  2. Tough WOD. I did HSPU's to floor for first 6 rounds, not to dumbbells. Last 6 rounds I did to ABMat.
