Descending Rope Climbs and C and J's

  1. Gonna do this tomorrow.... But a couple of days ago I did go on a 2 hour mountain bike ride chock full of 1800 feet of climbing, heart rate averaged about 150 (including downhill time). I am getting a road bike soon I think, want to do a bit more of that sort of thing AND follow the dot com.

  2. This one was fun. I had to scale down the C and J's (and I always will)... so I did those from 115 to 165. I am way stronger than that... I wish my body wasn't jacked.

    RC's were RX'd and a lot of fun... they sure do catch up to you in a hurry! Wy, when are you going to come over and do some and let me burn your Insanity DVDs, and then... perhaps... whack a beer?

  3. Did this with clean and jerks as rx'd and ass to 9' legless climbs. 14:28 for a 4 minute plus PR. Missed the first clean at 225#s cause it is hard to switch from power cleans to squat cleans.

    I think my rope climb sub is fair. I have do them legless at the gym to a 15' mark and the head start that you get jumping pretty much so equalizes with the ass start to 9'.
