Descending Runs, DUs, Burpees

  1. That was easily one of the most devastating WOD's I have EVER done. I was getting so pissed during the DU's that I was slamming my rope on the ground. This happened about 10 times throughout the WOD. I jsut couldn't do those F'ing things. Many, if not most, were done as single reps. That means you have to do them RX'd right Chris? :-)

    I subbed rowing for running, and the 105 burpees was just icing on the cake.

    Big pile of suck ass. Tomorrow I rest big time. I feel like something is really wrong right now.

    Sprint Triathlon? Who's gonna man up?

  2. This wod was horrible. I did it as rx'd, except I am fairly certain my first run was about 1.2 miles. Fuck double unders and double fuck burpees. I struggled mightily with both, but actually started moving better in rounds two and three. I actually finished rounds two and three combined faster than round one to go sub fifty 49:18. I really thought I was not going to finish on about double under 80 in the first round.
