  3. Hey Dave you can put the description of the WOD in the original post, you don't have to put it in a comment... just FYI.

This one KICKED MY ASS. I chose the swim route, just because I have a pool. But we pretty much just use the pool for messing around.. not actually working out.

    TT 36:53

I was stoked at my round 8 and round 10 times. I was out for blood towards the end.. but I was also feeling like I Was going to go under from lack of air... tight chest, dizzy.. it was nuts.

    1:53
    1:58
    1:52
    1:51
    1:56
    1:53
    1:58
    1:48 - DUDE!

  4. Thanks for the info Craig, I thought it might make it too long, but I see how you did that on the "15 rounds of snatch" post.
Nice job on the swim. I wish I had a pool to swim in. Back in the day, we would do 10 X 100 on the 1:20. Usually left about 5 to 10 seconds of rest between reps. Of course at race pace I could do 100yds in 54 seconds.

  5. Tried to go faster every round with no warm up. That worked good until the wrong song came on and I went too fast in round six. Recovered and started over. All runs:
    2:07/1:54/1:50/1:44/1:42/1:31/2:05/1:53/1:52/1:47
All at the track so 400m on the dot. My running has completely gone to shit, need to start doing some supplemental work.

  6. Dave way to make me feel like a big puss! I faIled to mention that I have to turn around every 33 feet which totally slows me down. That... And I am a 221 lb oaf! LOL...
