Thruster Climb

  2. 6:13 RX'd in the ol' 15' climbing chute. I felt warn out before I even started this one. Did a 100 minute mountain bike ride last night from about 5:30 to 7:30 PM, went to dinner and ate a bunch of gluten-y foods. Hence the bleck. My heart/mental was feeling pitiful.

    Tomorrow I am probably going to do the Memorial WOD for the victims of the theater shooting. It was posted on CrossFit Verve's site for yesterday (Verve is a Denver box ran by Matt Chan, who is... a STUD).

    But I might wait a few days too since my shoulder is bugging me and I just did some thrusters this AM.
