Tabata This

  1. I thought this was the one where you score with your lowest # of reps you could maintain was your score. Damn it. So I paced. This one is scored by total reps period... which in that case, you go full tilt each round. Which I didn't do!

    So my score therefore sucked. Was feeling woozy this AM too... slept pretty bad, my daughter woke me up in the night with "Cramps" (growing pains) so I had to massage her legs for a while, then couldn't go back to sleep.

    Pullups: Did 7's then rounds 7 and 8 could only get 6.
    Pushups - held 11's
    situps - 12's (tried 13's but couldn't go fast enough, averaged 12's)
    squats - 14's (should ratchet that up to 16's)

    So score would be... uh...420?

    Off to my crazy ass job now.....

  2. Whoops I did this for pace too. Went for 8 pullups and pretty much so blew the rest of the wod, made it though 6 but then it was all I could do for 6 in 7 and 8.

  3. This was pretty bad. Total of 235. All of the exercises sucked. Pull-ups were the worst. Started with 11 than ended up doing 2's and 3's for the rest. The other exercises averaged 9's.
