  2. Yo dudes... did everything RX'd except for the KBS's because I only have a 54 pounder so I scaled that to the ol' 54. Had two friends join me... one of them puked midway through then finished up. They couldn't do the rope climbs though... I can do 15 foot rope climbs now in two "bounds"... I jump up and grab it, then pull myself as high as possible (making myself as short as I can), wrap it around my feet, stand up and reach as high as possible again... big pull.. then by the time I am up high on the second "bound" I can tap the 15 foot target. So I guess rope climbs, wall balls, and rowing are advantageous for tall dudes. Everything else is harder :-)

  4. Yeah that would've been nice if I did more than one round, but I didn't. Was just really out of steam today. Just needed more to eat. I will get a nice improvement next time. I hope.
