15 thrusters, run 200, 20 T, run 400, 30 T, run 800M

  1. I add 25% to the distances and subbed rowing cos' my knee is bugging me.

    I did the thrusters RX'd. Man what a difference between 135 and 95. I picked up the 95 and was like "This is NOTHING!" By comparison it feels like less than half. so weird.

  2. This was stupid silly. I had to scale the Thrsters because of the back, but went all out. Haven't been that gassed in a while. Ouch

  3. Nice job guys. I'll hit this one tomorrow. My body screamed rest day so I listened. Big boy thrusters(135#) will be fun. I did a couple to see how they will feel.

  4. Damn, Damn, Dammit! I had a chance to take down Fletcher, but I was so destroyed after the round of thirty and I was reduced to a tabata run/walk situation gasping for air. I did put it together and sprint a 40 secondish last 200m, but I still came up short. 14:17 as rx'd. Nice time Fletcher.
