15 rounds of Snatch + 5 OHS Immediately

I do not read this as requiring "for time", it's a strength WOD

  1. started at 45 and worked up to 160, then missed snatch at 165 in round 14, skipped 15 cause the 160 set of five just crushed me. That girl on the mainsite is unfucking believable, she kicked my ass six ways from Sunday on this wod.

  3. I did about 12 rounds of this today starting at 45 and stopped at 135. I am strong enough to go higher but don't want to tweak myself - I haven't gone over 115 on OHS in a long time, slowly working my way back up.

    Did some GHDs and dumbbell fun time as well.

    Travis Weaver was over at the house last weekend, hadn't seen my old buddy in a few years. He gave some good instruction on some things... and also showed me a really cool shoulder stretch. I'll make a video and post it for you guys sometime. It's unique!
