Today I did my own version sine I cannot max out, but this way every time the Total comes up I have something to compare to instead of just skipping the WOD. I did like a heavy FGB... I decided to make it a speed day with the same lifts as the Total. My body isn't quite ready for super heavy.10 Rounds, 2 reps, 30 seconds rest between roundsBack Squat 185Shoulder Press 115Dead Lift 225Good workout
