Wall balls, Pull-ups and Double-unders

  1. My body is sore a hell from the SDHP's. It's been awhile since worked out hard and man does it show.

    Pull-ups were brutal and DU's were single reps mixed in with alot of Singles. Brutal WOD for me.

  2. Well you beat me sir! That's not saying much. I did the WBs and DUs in the house, PU's outside in the literally 92 degree oven of a garage. That slowed me down big time.

  3. The world has come full circle. I am once again the slow fat kid in the group. How come when it is Fran I can whip out 21 pullups like nothing, but when it is to fifty i am on my third set 10-8-6 before I even hit 21. must be in the brain. 22:22 as rx by the slow fat fucker named me.
