5 Rounds of Deadlifts & Burpees

  1. Changed weight on deadlifts to 185. Should of lowered it a little more to make this faster. For now I'll keep the weight here and just get stronger on Deadlifts.

  2. As rx: 6:09. If I wasn't such an outright pussy on the burpees in rounds 3 & 4 I could have had a 5 as my first number. Oh well, this one is a gasses for a fat kid.

  3. I could not get my body moving today. Very stiff from yesterdays madness. Burpees just plain suck. I had you in my sights Justin but came up short.
