  1. I went mountain biking last night.. so I needed to rest the legs today. Will hit this tomorrow. I am also planning to get a good road bike soon. Riding to work will take an hour if I ride hard... that will be a good refreshing way to get some cardio base built up whilst I continue to hit most of the main site WODs as well!

  2. Did this one and tried to go sub 12 and couldn't get it done. All rows and runs were under 2 minutes, but the transition time put me over the mark. 12:23. Gasser.

  4. I do not have a rower yet(within a month or 2) so I just did 2.4k run. I plan on doing a half marathon this fall so I need to run anyways.
    TT 11:45.25 My split for 2 1.2Ks was 5:54.71 and 5:50.54. I wanted to do a neg split and I did. I have a problem of going out too fast.

    Craig, way to go on deciding to bike to work. When I lived in CO I did a 30 mile round trip commute. I think I will have to do that again here. I miss it. I found it really peaceful.

  5. Damn. I wanted sub 12 really bad. After two rounds I was at 8:04 as I got back on the rower. I was determined to get a 1:45 on the last 500M (check) but when I was done I had 1:55 left to go sub 12, and my running sucks, and the row damn near killed me. The first 200M of the last run all I could do was jog and recover from the row, but once I turned around at the halfway point to head back to the garage I pinned it. Got back and to my delight the clock said 11:59. Whew. Major gasser...heart pounding!!! Love this stuff.

    Getting a road bike soon!
