3:27, 3:39, 3:37 not bad not great.
3:54, 4:04, 4:04. It sucks being out of shape.
No sprints for me. I decided to go for a 2 mile run instead. Didn't time it, just ran.Shoulders a screaming from yesterday's madness. Rest day will be as RX'd
