12-9-6 315# DL and Bar MU

  1. I do not have enough weight, plus I couldn't that much for DL anyways. Also do not have a bar in the garage to do the MUs. So I went to the park and brought 2 35# kettlebells with. So I did 12-9-6 Bar MU and 70# KB Front squat.

    I broke the MUs as 6+6, 5+4, 6
    It is amazing how these pros do this stuff. Watch the video of Noah Ohlsen doing this in 2:33.
