20 min AMRAP 2 ropes, 10 ring dips, 20 GHD

  1. 6 rounds + 2 ropes and 10 RDs at the buzzer... RX'd. I projected 5 rounds so I wouldn't have to break my 100 rep max GHD policy. Oh well.. body is stiff and sore too, did close to 20 hours of outside projects and landscaping this weekend + a good 4 hours of bike riding. Whooped.

  2. Subbed 15 dead hang pull-ups for the rope climbs.
    4 Rounds + 15 pull-ups + 10 ring dips + 12 GHD sit-ups.
