We scaled this and STILL it was a crusher. I haven't done a WOD in 5 days because of massive MASSIVE amounts of yard and house work. So why not just jump back in with a hero WOD?
I did:
row 1600M
4 RFT 14,14,14 of the moves then 4 RFT 12,12,12 of the moves (shoulder was really bothering me so second half of the rounds I removed two more reps as to not aggravate the injury quite as much) Then 400M carry of a 45 lb plate Then 800M farmer carry of 45 lb DBs, BUT... I only went about 650M because my strained forearm tendon really started to scream with sharp pains. Jogged in the last little bit at a total time of 51 minutes. Not very fast, but I just wanted to finish.
Coach Fletcher tried to kill us on Saturday. Luckily I arrived late and left early. We did a 1+ mile run (11 minutes - WTF? must have not measured it right), 4 rounds of 14 each pullups pushups burpees and then 1 round of 12 pullups and 12 pushups. I don't know what my time was but I escaped.

The scaled version was a kicker, I can only imagine if we had done the full workout – Holly Crap.

I figure the full WOD would have taken close to an hour.
